Christmas is one of the most known holidays worldwide, but there are many things to do before being able to celebrate a merry Christmas. The food, the lights, but most importantly, the songs!
Freedom, grades 5th-12th chorus participated in a concert that occurred on Dec. 6, 2023. Students in the chorus have been practicing their songs since school started in late September.
Logan Tatko, a 5th grade chorus student at Freedom Middle School, stated “Studying Christmas songs early is kind of weird, because in fourth grade, we did not study for our Christmas concert as much. But yes, I think it benefits our singing and performance.”
Many people frown upon an early Christmas celebration, but when it comes to the music, the earlier the merrier!
